The title is a bit of an inside joke for geeks. In order to discover how the output section of a computer works, “Hello World” is typically the first thing a programmer will try to output onto a screen or a Teletype machine (ahhh…the good old days). Did you know that the first computer monitors were actually referred to as video Teletype output?

But, I digress…
